I got a consultation back in 2018~ I rushed to make the appointment before the peak season started, and since Director Kim wasn't available, I consulted with Director Choi. He was wearing surgical scrubs, so I think he had just come out after finishing surgery~ He looked in the mirror and explained what could be done, and the manager in charge was kind too~
