The director seems to have very deep professional knowledge. He also seems confident about surgery. But I had only been thinking about contouring, and then he recommended orthognathic surgery too, so I wondered if that was a bit excessive. Also, I had never thought of myself as having a prognathic jaw, but he said I had one, so a question mark popped into my head. The consultation with both the manager and the director was kind and detailed.
