The staff, the director manager, and the doctor are all kind. The doctor has pride in facial specialty surgery and explained things in great detail during the consultation. The director manager also explained things carefully and kindly. However, the price was higher than I expected, so I'm still thinking a lot about the surgery. The consultation itself was satisfying, at least.
