Although they mainly perform facial contouring and major surgeries, I went after hearing they were also good at rhinoplasty. I asked them to excise the scar left from the previous surgery and re-suture it, and compared with before, the scar seems less noticeable, so I am grateful. However, I do wish an alar incision had been possible rather than one right in the middle of the columella. Also, due to the result and absorption rate, I later needed filler to refine the shape. Still, since I no longer have pressure pain from silicone, I am living without worry about that now. At the same time, I have continued to wish I had received a more detailed explanation of Megaderm.
