During consultation, the doctor looked at every detail carefully and was kind, but after I paid the surgical fee... it felt like they became careless... When I entered surgery, the operating room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the window was open, so outside car noise was loud. (Hygiene is important in an operating room; I felt anxious about whether surgery could be done with the window open.) The operating-room nurses were extremely unfriendly...
