I had chin-tip and cheekbone surgery and have been living well without issues. Strange doctors sometimes appear on TV, so I think many people check whether there is CCTV and a resident anesthesiologist. There is no resident anesthesiologist here, but they have worked together for a long time and stay until the patient appears to be okay, so I did not think whether one resides on-site was a major issue. It did not feel as friendly as some large plastic-surgery clinics, but rather than hearing polished words with no substance, they give only what is necessary...
