I had a consultation at a clinic for chin advancement. They took photos and suggested that I use a board marker to draw directly on them, shaping the look I wanted. I thought I had given it a lot of consideration, but I had never actually tried doing that, so it was a fresh experience. (This experience ended up helping me a lot later.) They also told me to take a photo on my phone of the face I had sketched with the marker. (Later, when I tried drawing it on my bare face, it was fascinating that it looked much less attractive than what the director had quickly drawn—wow.) Regarding chin advancement, the director gave me conservative advice, saying that I should have it done if I wanted it, but that I did not need to if I did not.
