I wanted eyes like Winter's, with a semi-out double-eyelid line, so I asked for that. They said the inner line might not be smooth because of the epicanthal fold and that it could come undone later because of that, so I had upper canthoplasty as well. Since I thought that if upper canthoplasty was needed, it might be better to open the inner corner completely, I asked about adding medial canthoplasty too. They said I do have a fairly prominent epicanthal fold, so correcting the shape at the inner corner with medial and upper canthoplasty would make the eyes look more open and refreshed
