I had alar reduction at an event price a very long time ago and am completely satisfied. But due to the nature of alar reduction, after several years it feels like my nostril wings have stretched out again, so I went there thinking I should finally get actual rhinoplasty. They explained things extremely well then too. But I am still scared of an open approach, so I only had the consultation and did not make an additional appointment, T_T. Still, I am very satisfied because I got a great result from alar reduction at a really good price. The only thing I regret is not having cartilage suturing done together at the time.
