It has been quite a long time since I had bulbous-nose surgery without an implant, but the nasal tip is still holding up well, and I am satisfied because the nose shape and line turned out exactly as I wanted. The surgeon matched the look I wanted as much as possible and created a nose shape and line that suited my face, which I like. In particular, I think the nasolabial angle came out perfectly pretty, and that is what I like most. For people like me who are considering rhinoplasty without silicone implants
