The consultation coordinator is genuinely very kind. This is the first place where I have wanted to have surgery because of the coordinator rather than the director. But my expectations for the surgery do not factor in strongly enough, so I keep putting it on hold. I had a long consultation with the coordinator and I think less than 10 minutes with the director. Rather than explaining professional knowledge, the director casually said things like, “It can be done,” which made it difficult for me to be certain of the director’s expertise. Still, they probably have tremendous experience, but because I am still young, I keep thinking about aesthetic sense. I am deliberating.
