It's been about 6 years since the surgery, and there aren't any major problems. But the scar is left more visible than I expected, so it bothers me. The example photos I saw looked like the scar would be hidden by the inframammary fold, but for me the incision line is lower, closer to the rib area, rather than under the fold. And I wanted subfascial, but because I have a thin body type they said it couldn't be done, so they did it submuscularly. I wanted it through the armpit, but they said the inframammary incision was safer, so I ended up with that.
