I originally went because I wanted to get the marionette lines treated, but they told me I did not need it right now. It felt like a doctor who does not overtreat. They said it would be much better if I removed the deep cheek fat, and honestly that was the part I had thought I needed because my cheek fat feels like it is gradually sagging toward my jaw. They said they would make a hole inside the mouth and remove the fat. The unfortunate part is that, unlike other hospitals, they do not use sedation anesthesia and only use local anesthesia
