I have not visited the clinic yet, and the waiting time for both consultation and surgery is too long. They charge a consultation fee no matter what (and it is not refunded even if you later have surgery). However, if you post on the website board, the director personally replies in detail and kindly. The answers were honest, and they clearly explained what was unnecessary and what could be done. I plan to do it here if possible. 400 characters is too long... compared with other clinics
