Because I have sunken eyes, they showed me in the mirror that they could not make them any more open than that, but as much as possible they could widen them to the extent that was feasible. Since sunken eyes can feel completely different even if only a little more white of the eye shows, I trusted them and had the surgery. It’s a tiny difference, but I can see it in selfies and on the rear camera. It’s just frustrating that my eyeballs are naturally small, but I’m satisfied that the surgery turned out well.
