The consultation didn't take long, and it went in the order of manager - director - manager price explanation. The manager was... honestly I don't really know, but the director was extremely kind and kept adjusting the line, looking at it until it came out exactly the way I wanted haha. I also asked about nose-wing reduction, and the director had a bit of a yes-man vibe, so they just said everything could be done, which was a little confusing..? It felt like they would OK almost everything the customer wanted. There was no pressure to leave a deposit, and overall it was just a clean consultation. The only thing was that one of the desk staff who was there as soon as I walked in had a lot of dandruff on their head, which surprised me
