They accurately understood what the patient wanted. They didn't recommend unnecessary surgery. They said the parts that didn't need surgery probably didn't have to be done, and I felt their aesthetic sense was good. They even praised the areas another hospital had pointed out as problems, saying those were actually strengths. The staff were kind too, so I left the consultation in a good mood.
