My mouth corners droop a lot, which is a complex for me, so I went for a consultation because I wanted surgery to lift the corners of my mouth. I first talked with the coordinator, then with the director, and the director looked at me, explained what surgery would be needed, and seemed pretty professional. They also suggested that I might get marionette lines after surgery and said it could leave scars along the sides of the lips. In the end I had the surgery at another clinic because I was afraid of scarring, but in the end
