I went because I was obsessed with upper lip shortening for a while. The manager was extremely kind, and when I later made a separate inquiry by text, she responded kindly as well. Neither the director nor the manager pushed me hard, and there was no pressure to book. But the consultation with the director was very short, and he came in, said something like, "I think it should work like this," and left, so I remember feeling kind of empty. Also, he looked very tired, so I could not even ask him anything else. So this clinic is on the list
