I got a philtrum shortening procedure and lip filler at Mano last autumn. After checking out several places, I ultimately decided on here because they seemed to do the surgery safely, even if the effect was a bit weaker. The result is milder than I expected... I think the filler may have had some influence too, but compared with my old philtrum it does feel shorter, and my upper lip is plumper too, so I'm satisfied.
