In particular, they showed me before-and-after photos directly and explained how the changes would appear and what results I could expect, which built trust. Even though I asked many questions, they answered each one in detail and gave realistic advice about the parts I was worried about, so I felt even more reassured. There was absolutely no atmosphere of pressuring me into surgery, so I could choose comfortably, and overall I was satisfied because the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed
