I had surgery at Shinsegael 10 years ago. I went when I was young and didn't know anything, and I was very satisfied.. There wasn't any bulging even then, but my skin was thin so the blood vessels were visible, and I decided on fat repositioning plus fat grafting and had the surgery. I used it so well and was so satisfied that I considered it the number one surgery among people around me, but recently, maybe because of the hyaluronidase injection in the cheekbone area, dark circles suddenly appeared and got deep, so I'm looking into revision surgery. Since it was a place I'd been to before, I went thinking I'd naturally have it done here.. But after seeing recent reviews, there are so many bad ones... I'm upset, but I'm looking into other hospitals. I had been living without much thought, and while gathering information for revision surgery I learned that the puffiness and wrinkling under the eyes when smiling could also be a side effect of fat repositioning.. Other hospitals are recommending only hyaluronidase, saying the foreign material in the front cheek filler area needs to be removed, but they asked me to pay an additional 1 million won for foreign material removal surgery, which was shocking. The old hospital no longer feels like a good value in terms of price either, so I'm looking for another hospital.. It's unfortunate.. I still remember being very satisfied with the first surgery. I don't remember the amount because it was so long ago.
