Consultation for removal. The manager lacks expertise, but is kind. They told me to go back, saying my face is not a face for nose removal. The process was: director consultation, then manager consultation. No CT. They said they understood why I wanted it removed, that full removal is possible, and that if there is a lack of tissue at the tip(?) they could reuse some cartilage. The director's answers to my questions were vague. They did not give me certainty. They did not even touch my nose. Maybe they thought I was sensitive, because the answers were vague
