I got ear cartilage + a thin silicone implant in my nose, and also had a paranasal augmentation procedure! There wasn’t a dramatic change, but I’m satisfied that it upgraded my face a bit to look more youthful. At first my face was so swollen and my nose looked like chalk, so I thought, did it fail? T_T But once the swelling went down completely, I thought, wow, I really did the right thing.. Actually, even now that a few years have passed and I’m older, it still feels more natural without any foreign-body sensation.
