This is a little different from the kind of hospital we usually think of. It's a bit unusual. The manager has a very human side and warmth. The director is not the type who listens to patients very well.. They are not rude, but they seem to think you only know after opening it up, so people who want clear answers may feel frustrated. I had already had a CT at previous hospitals and went in already knowing roughly what the problems were, but here they don't take CT scans, so the director said they can't know the problem before opening.
