The director explains things in a very detailed way. The building is on the small side, and it feels more like a hospital than a plastic surgery clinic, so it feels more reassuring too.. I think I talked with the director for about 40 minutes. The shape looked really natural. I wanted something a bit noticeable but still pretty, so I think I need to think about it a little more
