I had my first nose surgery 4 years ago with autologous dermis for the bridge and septal repositioning for the tip. I’m such a coward, and I had a strong aversion to implants, so even though it was my first surgery, I went with autologous dermis.. Since it would probably absorb a lot anyway, and the director’s style is naturally subtle, I kept begging right up until the moment of anesthesia to make it unnoticeable The result is that there’s basically no difference between before and after There is still some autologous dermis left, but maybe 1 mm? My nasal tip just got stiff for nothing But who can I blame? It’s my fault.. The director is kind and nice.. The aftercare is also good.
