The consultation was explained in detail in the same direction I wanted, and they asked what exactly I wanted to correct. I was satisfied because they were calm and answered my questions in detail, but it didn’t leave enough of an impact for me to feel certain. Also, I think the manager's image affects the hospital's image too, and she was older and seemed kind of old-fashioned for someone working at a plastic surgery clinic... I also felt uncomfortable because her manner of speaking during the consultation felt condescending.
