All the staff and the consultation manager were incredibly kind, and the doctor was very kind and gave a thorough consultation. It didn’t feel like they were busy and trying to rush through it; they tried to explain how the surgery would be done by drawing on a pad. It felt trustworthy, which I really liked. I’ll probably consult a few more places and then decide.
