Out of the six places I visited for consultations, this was the one I liked the most. For my nose, I had surgery with Director Goong Hoon, and for my eyes, with Director Lim. It was the first time someone had given such a thorough consultation during a nose consultation. Among the six places I visited, this was the first time someone told me the size of my septal cartilage. Because it was a revision surgery, I looked into it quite a lot, and I could feel that they were consulting me with genuine thoroughness and professionalism, which raised my trust level. I canceled the deposit I had put down at another place and scheduled the surgery here. Director Lim also said that another hospital was strongly recommending both inner and outer canthoplasty, but she said that after inner canthoplasty the scar doesn't disappear, and there was no unnecessary surgery recommendation, which made me trust her even more. Just looking at the before-and-after photos, I could tell the skill of both directors. There weren't many reviews on Gunan and Bobbat, so that actually made me trust it more. It really felt like this wasn't just a place known for revision nose surgery. The consultation manager was unbelievably kind, and both directors were completely kind too. The staff were kind as well. Compared with the six places I visited for consultations, the facilities weren't that great, but they were clean. I hope the directors and staff do well here!
