The staff were extremely rude among all the hospitals I’ve been to. The manager was a little better. I arrived later than my appointment time, and they kept calling and pressuring me. When I got there, the doctor was in surgery, but even though the doctor’s surgery wasn’t finished yet, they kept pressuring me and saying to wait as if it would be over soon. I had plans, so I was trying to sort things out briefly and come back, but they kept telling me to keep waiting, so I had the consultation with the manager and waited, and then they told me to wait another 20 minutes. If that were the case, they should have said, since you’re late, come at around the time it will end, instead of that. I was so upset that I decided it wasn’t the right place for me without even looking further. Employee training is a complete mess
