I went out of my way to spend time on a consultation and came back feeling disgusted. I will absolutely not go again. If I hear that someone nearby is going here, I will definitely stop them. The consultation took a little under 30 minutes, and the chief surgeon [Doctor A] was fine, but the manager was seriously rude. I’ve been around 15 clinics so far and this is the first time I’ve seen someone like that. The manager consultation was basically nothing at all: 1. What are you worried about? 2. So you just want me to pass that along? End. After the doctor consultation, they just told me the price and sent me out like they were kicking me out, without even a business card or surgery guide. I guess they treat people that way when they think the person won’t have surgery. I told them I can adjust completely to the hospital’s schedule, so please tell me the open dates and times, but they didn’t understand what I was saying and then raised their voice at me like I was being unreasonable? The doctor’s consultation itself wasn’t bad, but I had already been to a few clinics before and knew a bit about my nose, so after I explained that, he said, 'Since you already seem to know well, I don’t really have anything more to add,' and left saying he had to go because of surgery time. It felt rushed and a bit passive. I wasn’t there because I still didn’t know my own nose, but because surgical plans differ by doctor, I wanted to see what they would suggest and get a consultation on that. Still, he does answer questions carefully. But that’s not the real problem; the manager is truly legendary. Even if the doctor had been perfect and I had gone through with surgery, just thinking about being cared for by that manager would make me certain to get wrecked mentally, so I’m skipping this place completely. The hospital atmosphere is also chaotic. The front desk staff are kind though.
