The director was kind and there was no pressure to leave a deposit. But when I showed the photo I wanted, the director said it was too flashy, while the doctor said it was completely possible. The doctor also did not recommend things that were unnecessary, and only recommended exactly what was needed, which I liked. When I asked whether I should do what another hospital recommended, he said it was unnecessary and explained why. But among the hospitals I visited for estimates, this was the only one that said they would use only silicone and ear cartilage, so I am worried. Other hospitals said they would also use the septum, but they told me not to worry about sagging, and that makes me a little concerned.
