Instead of a custom implant, they said it could be done by adding ear cartilage on top of the silicone. Other: fat grafting to the front cheek (they did not recommend the side cheekbones or chin; for the chin, they recommended filler) The doctor only told me the surgery that was necessary, so I felt trust. And I liked that he did not mention things I should not do!
