It was the first hospital I went to for a consultation. When I first booked by phone, I was very nervous and anxious, but they responded kindly, which left a strong impression. However, when I actually went for the consultation, there was quite a long wait, and the doctor said it was an easy surgery. My conversation with the consultation manager afterward was disappointing. Every time I asked something, they answered in a vague way, so I kept worrying while making my decision
