When I had my first nose surgery before, they pulled the tip way too much, and my nasal skin became so thin that before even 6 months had passed, the silicone was showing and the columella became crooked, everything went wrong, so I decided it would be better to do it here rather than just get aftercare, and went ahead with revision surgery. It seems they mostly use Alloderm, and I also replaced the silicone with Alloderm, but after trying both, I understand now. Alloderm doesn’t give the same thin, sharp, three-dimensional look as silicone. Materials
