Overall I was satisfied. It felt like a factory because there were so many people, but they carefully checked the parts I was worried about and did the procedure tailored to each person, which I liked. But they applied numbing cream for 5 minutes? and then went straight into the procedure, so maybe that was why it hurt so much.
