This was my first philtrum reduction surgery and I went in for a consultation. They said the philtrum dimple and the outer sides should also be done together, and that the outer sides would be done later. But since this was my first surgery, they said it was a difficult case and quoted me 2.7 million won for philtrum reduction alone lol. They added 100,000 won for sedation anesthesia, and since this was the first time I'd had a case like this, I just took the business card and left.
