I consulted because I was getting older and my philtrum looked longer. It was several years ago, so I don't remember exactly, but I do remember the overall atmosphere of the clinic being chaotic. The manager's consultation was just brief, and the doctor explained things properly. They said I didn't need to worry about scars and my current condition, so I just left. From the reviews, it seems like scars would be impossible not to notice. If I did it, I'd probably have to accept the surgical marks.
