I went for consultations about lowering the crease, and revision surgery for reversal of epicanthoplasty. To start with the conclusion, reversal was not recommended, and the discussion ended up being about lowering the crease with an incision. It had the feel of old interior design, but it was clean. However, while talking with the consultation manager, I did not really get the feeling that they were especially kind.
