This was a revision eye surgery after having the procedure done with buried sutures 12 years ago, and they said that if I wanted semi-out, upper canthoplasty had to be done together with it. The waiting time was not long, and the manager who consulted with me was super lively and kind! I went without specifically thinking of a particular doctor, so they recommended people like someone good at canthoplasty and someone good at defining the line, and it was a hospital where it gets a little cheaper if you make a same-day reservation. It is also possible with buried sutures
