There’s a kind of fish market vibe right away. The price keeps going down. I felt like the manager was giving different prices to different people, and somehow trust kept dropping. Our doctor also said that was the case and told us things that weren’t true. They also said you only get the discount if you decide on the day, which felt very pushy. It’s a surgery you live with for the rest of your life, so I don’t understand why they do that. The doctor seems skilled, but the hospital system is not good. Botox too
