I got a quote of 462 for silicone + septum + alar reduction + nostril wings + columella reinforcement, and all autologous costal cartilage was said to be 980... The doctor seemed sleepy after lunch and looked unmotivated. It wasn't a consultation that really resonated with me, and it was very ordinary; it didn't give me the kind of assurance that made me want to do it there. I was glad the consultation fee was free.
