I had alar reduction with an incision, and my face really looks cleaner and prettier. I was aiming for something natural, but the doctor told me to reduce it more, so I did, and even that looked natural but was clearly different. But I have a sunken scar under my nose. Still, because it’s under the nose, no one else can tell at all, only me.
