My tip of the nose felt way too pointed, and over time it also seemed to sag a little, so this time I really worked hard visiting clinics while looking into revision surgery Since it was a revision, I ended up being a lot more cautious than I was with the first surgery... The things I looked at most while researching revision surgery were the shape of the columella and the nasolabial angle, and my columella already felt a little cut off, so I really hoped that part would be improved... After reading the reviews, I booked a consultation here because there were a lot of comments saying they do a good job with the columella line and nose tip shape. There was a bit of a wait, but the waiting room was a private room, so it was comfortable. What I liked during the consultation was that they first listened enough to what direction I wanted. It felt like they were trying to reflect the patient's needs as much as possible, but they also weren't just saying yes to everything; they were honest about what wasn't possible and what would be too much, which actually made me trust them more. They also took a 3D CT before the consultation, and it was impressive how carefully they checked the inside of the nose too. Since it was a revision, it was nice to be able to check the parts I was worried about together. I also tried the virtual simulation, and it helped a lot because I could compare the feeling I had in mind with the direction the doctor had in mind. I'm still recovering, so it's too early to call it the final result, but the feeling that the nose tip alone stood out too much has been reduced a lot, and the columella shape seems more natural than before. The shape is also really pretty, so I'm satisfied. I was really worried because it was a revision, but so far it feels like a good choice, and I'm waiting for the remaining swelling to go down
