My nose tip was also a bit disappointing, and after my first surgery my nose still felt somewhat lacking, so I had been thinking about revision rhinoplasty for a long time But honestly, open surgery felt a bit burdensome to me, so I looked mainly into non-open approaches, and that’s how I ended up going with NBKO. Before surgery I was really worried, but during the consultation the doctor explained NBKO in great detail, and I asked about everything I was curious about before proceeding, so I was able to go into surgery more at ease than I expected (at the consultation, I brought about three reviews from this clinic and said to make it like that). I also looked up a lot of reviews, and they ranged from very natural cases to more glamorous ones, which I think also helped me decide lol It’s still only week 3, so it’s too early to call it the final result, but as the swelling goes down, I really love the line lol Especially the correction of the columella and the nasolabial angle was exactly what I wanted... The tip had looked cut off, but now it has been rounded out and the side profile seems to be moving in the direction I wanted, so I’m satisfied. The price was expensive so I hesitated, but it was worth the investment, and they really seem to be good at revision surgery. People around me also say my impression has become a bit sharper and that it definitely looks better after surgery lol That’s what makes me happiest haha... I still need more recovery time, but so far I’m satisfied, and I’m watching to see how it settles once the remaining swelling goes down
