Because of scars and recovery, I was more drawn to a non-open approach than an open one, so I had been visiting clinics that focused on that, and then I even got a consultation lol. I had also gone to a place famous for nose-jewel surgery before, but there was more of a difference in the surgical method than I expected... For nose-jewel surgery, I heard it's mainly focused on the tip, and in some cases silicone is also inserted in the bridge. But at Envy Nose they said both the bridge and the tip can be done without silicone, so that was a little tempting... The consultation went in the order of CT scan, consultation with the coordinator, then consultation with the surgeon, and because there was a process of imaging and checking various things in between, I had to wait longer than I expected T_T It wasn't so uncomfortable that I couldn't handle it, but the time until the consultation felt a bit long. The surgeon's style was more about explaining which parts of my current nose could be improved rather than insisting on making it high or flashy. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered each one, so a lot of my questions got cleared up, and the clinic atmosphere was quieter than I expected. Especially after the consultation, it wasn't an atmosphere of talking about the deposit right away or pushing me to decide immediately, which I liked. I'm still planning to visit a few more places, so I haven't made a decision yet, but after going there, I felt like my desired direction had become clearer, so it was worth the visit.
