First of all, the employee at the counter was friendly, which was nice. The consultation manager looked a bit older and spoke very fluently. He talked about the surgery as if it were something really easy, so I didn't listen that closely. ex) Everyone comes alone for surgery and goes home alone / Surgery doesn't hurt as much as you think / Everyone does this much, etc. The director clearly seemed to prefer flashy things from the conversation.
