I got a revision consultation because the shape of the nose I had surgery on more than ten years ago had become a bit deformed. Like at other clinics, it was done in the manager-doctor-manager order, but unlike other places that only checked the condition, the manager gave a brief explanation. The doctor was good in that he clearly said what was needed now and what surgery he would do, but it felt a bit too much for me. He may have his own techniques, but the step difference on the bridge, the tip, and even the paranasal augmentation with solid autologous costal cartilage
