It has been over a year since my first nose surgery. They did not use ear cartilage, and only silicone for the bridge. They said they would shape it only by repositioning the nasal cartilage, so I worried it might sink down quickly, but it turned out to be a really pretty nose that looks natural, almost like nothing was done. At first it seemed too natural and I thought maybe it was a failure, but when people who had never seen me before asked if I had had nose surgery, I would pretend I had not and they would just accept it. If they had made it higher here, anyone would have known I had had a nose
